Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is situated approximately 4km from the centre of Victoria Falls town.
The lodge is set high on a plateau which forms a natural boundary to the unfenced Zambezi National Park. Guests are provided with the perfect opportunity to view game from the comfort of the lodge, as there is a watering hole right on the grounds.
Victoria Falls Safari Lodge comprises of a seventy two spacious and comfortable rooms which have all been created with a keen eye for detail – hardwoods, thatch roofs and vibrant colors all catch the eye. All rooms have a view of the bushveld and the spectacular African sunsets. The rooms include six split level suites, five deluxe double rooms, nine standard double rooms, fifty one standard twin rooms and a standard room catering for the disabled guest. All rooms are furnished with natural fabrics and décor with an African theme and have air conditioning and ceiling fans, private balconies, tea/coffee making facilities, nature books, hairdryers, mosquito nets, safes, Wifi, telephones and en-suite bathrooms.
The lodge has a couple of restaurants as well as a bar area. Makuwa-Kuwa Restaurant is a peaceful, split-level restaurant with views overlooking the waterhole. The Boma is a must to have one of your evening meals. Just five hundred meters from the Lodge, The Boma offers a unique African experience including traditional dancers and mouth-watering local dishes. Buffalo Bar is an open plan bar with its own game-viewing platform overlooking the waterhole.

Victoria Falls Safari Lodge: The Details
The lodge also comprises swimming pool as well as conference facilities. The entire lodge overlooks a waterhole which attracts a wide variety of game, including elephants, buffalo, impala and kudu. Activities on offer include a Tour of the Victoria Falls, white water rafting, elephant experience, lion encounter, horse riding, gorge swing, flying fox, abseiling, visit to the local markets, bungee jumping, helicopter flight over the falls, canoe trails etc. There is a hide close to the waterhole, in front of the lodge, where guests can walk to and watch game. However this is at an additional cost and a guide must accompany you to the hide.
The Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is booked on a bed and breakfast basis and all other meals, beverages and activities are excluded and at additional cost. Children are allowed upon request at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and must always be accompanied by an adult.
